STRUGGLING Aberdeen will look to bolster their firepower on deadline day with the capture of Oday Dabbagh.
The striker is currently on the books at Charleroi in Belgium but is expected to complete a loan move to Pittodrie until the end of the season with an option to buy.

The 26-year-old, who has been capped 45 times by Palestine, scoring 16 goals, has been with Charleroi since the summer of 2023 and is contracted there until 2026.
The Jerusalem-born frontman began his career with hometown club Hilal Al-Quds before moving to Kuwait to sign for Al-Salmiya, Qadsia, Al-Yarmouk and then Al-Arabi where he became the league’s top scorer.
From there he moved to Europe for the first time when he signed for Portuguese side Arouca in 2021 where he first came to the attention of Dons’ head of recruitment, Nuno de Almeida.
He has played 15 times in Belgium’s Jupiler Pro League this season – starting just four of them and scoring just once, a 1-1 draw with Standard Liege in November.
Aberdeen are in desperate need of striking options after extending their winless streak in the league to 14 games with defeat to Hibs on Saturday.
They have failed to score in any of their last five Premiership clashes and last found the net in a 2-1 loss to Ross County on January 2.
Their last league victory was a 4-1 win over Dundee on November 9 and boss Jimmy Thelin admitted there’s no easy fix.
He said: “If it was a quick solution, I’d have solved it a long time ago.
“So we have to look at everything. But it starts with taking responsibility.
“It doesn’t matter if it’s me here or someone else. Players have to go out on the pitch and give everything you have. It’s a competition, you have to compete.
“How Hibs score today, how much time they had to put a cross in, how we defended a set-play – it’s similar to other games we’ve lost.
“It simply has to stop because it’s impossible to compete.
“I’ll speak to the players this week. But when you sign a contract at a club, you’re taking responsibility – as a manager or player.”
